Why Groups Work

Karen Habib, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and coach with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, groups, and small businesses understand themselves and strengthen their relationships. She brings this depth of experience to her group work with leaders, teams, and organizations, guiding them as they recognize patterns, address challenges, and create healthier, more connected workplaces.
